The Almshouse and Schoolroom will reopen on Saturday 28 March 2026 and will be open on Saturdays and Tuesdays from 12.30 pm  to 3.30 pm.  Guided tours are available.

The Almshouse and Schoolroom will also be open to visitors on Easter Monday, 6 April from 12.30 pm to 3.30pm

Prices

We are trialling asking for donations from visitors in place of a formal fee - formerly £5 per person, children 16 and under no charge.

We have a card machine or can accept cash.

Thank you for your generosity as the necessary extensive renovations required to repair this historic building over the last year have depleted funds considerably.
